I've finally reached that point where enough is enough. I'm eager to start this adventure and appreciate any advice that can be given! Congrats on starting your journey My advice is get a good pair of running shoes because they truly do make all the difference. Second, set realistic goals for yourself and reward yourself when you reach them. Good luck! I hope you keep us posted on your progress! TrishE said it great with the get great shoes, that is a plus and top priority. Do what you can, if you walk, walk, at least you are moving. Repeat days if you have to.
