Guest Caitlin
Hi all, I am new to C210k and have just completed my first session. I've used other apps in the past to do the 5km, but I can't find anywhere to review the session you've just competed.... Ie how far you ran and times etc. Does it exist in this app? Thanks for your help
Timb113
Caitlin, C25K does not offer this, that I know of. I use MapMyWalk along with the C25K app and go back to review that way.
Mlm1526
I do the same thing, I have also linked c25k to myfitnesspal app to include it automatically in my diary.
Guest Sandy
I used Map My Run and maybe there's something wrong with it but it looked like scribbles all over the route and it said I ran over 4 miles! Uh, no it was more like 1.92 miles! I'm just holding my phone, do I need one of those straps on my arm?
Guest Jojo
How do link my fitness pal to my c25k?
Guest Tiffany
Eureka! I have discovered the answer!!! At the end of the work out it will prompt you to post it on social media, look closely and you'll notice next to the Facebook and Twitter icons that there is also a icon for my fitness pal, just select that one (doesn't require sharing on social media) and it will automatically log in the breakdown of your excercise. If your still having problems go to help section in myfitnesspal. Hope this helps! Good luck to everyone with their training and excercise goals.
