Thought the beginning would be easy since I've been walking a lot (up to 13 miles!) but this 2 weeks being out has kicked my behind. Seems I'm truly starting from the couch! You are doing awesome with the 13 miles. I am impressed. Small steps and walk walk more than run until your lungs can be at full capacity again. Breathe deeply. Keep us posted here. Good luck.
