Guest Guest
I did my C25K outside. Now I am living in Australia and it's winter. Dark in the morning, dark after work. I could run on a treadmill but am afraid I will hate it.
Guest Tswoffer
From my experience, I started my c25k in the winter on. Treadmill but couldn't wait to be outside. Once I did get outside I never wanted to go back to the treadmill but if it's a bad weather day I will use the treadmill. And come winter time again I will be back inside to keep running. Not that I hate the treadmill, just find it boring. My time goes by quicker outside, more scenery to distract me.
Countessk2010
ThE treadmill is a great way to continue your workout. I use it often in winter when it is cold , snowy and dark. And in the summer, I run on a treadmill when it is 90 degrees plus and hu mid. Guest nick357
Great thing about a treadmill is it's ability to maintain a constant pace.
KellyAnn
After running outside it's hard to get on a treadmill. Ugh. Have you thought about an Elliptical? I sold my treadmill but it was basic. If i got another one it would be one that had more workouts on it and maybe visuals?
