debwal124 Posted January 14, 2015 Report Share Posted January 14, 2015 Hi, Heavy rain stopped play yesterday, so up at 5.30am to complete day 1 of week 2. Determined to do this despite being a middle aged woman who has always found an excuse not to exercise! I eat a healthy diet and my health is very important to me, hence me wanting to get fit. Azatol Posted January 14, 2015 Report Share Posted January 14, 2015 It was only 5 weeks ago for me. Best suggestion is don't watch the time. Dig in and pace yourself and go until told to stop. Watrching the time to your next walk phaze helps your mind defeat you. Let it be surprised.
