Hello everyone!! I've been doing okay so far, just barely getting by. W3 was definitely tougher than the rest so I am so anxious about starting W4. Weak legs with weaker lungs!I can barely run the 3 minutes. I'm in my twenties but just not in good shape at all (and horrible asthma). Any tips for W4?

Exactly. Theres no pressure to start week four if you think you need to repeat days in week 3. I know the idea of finishing the program is really exciting but you have to listen to your body. Youve already done great making it as far as you have  :). The road to being the best and healthiest you is on going. So theres no rush  

If you want to push yourself and go for week 4 thats great too! Like Azatol said dont fret if you cant do it right away you can always try again. Just remember any run is better than no run at all.
