W3 was definitely tougher than the rest so I am so anxious about starting W4. Weak legs with weaker lungs!I can barely run the 3 minutes. Azatol Posted January 13, 2015 Report Share Posted January 13, 2015 Yep. Don't stress it. Just go put some tunes on and run. Don't check the time. If you fail, you get to go again with no penalty. You're body will decide if you're ready. Just cranlk some tunes and have some fun. Again, don't check the time. Run until the lass tells you to walk. I know the idea of finishing the program is really exciting but you have to listen to your body. Youve already done great making it as far as you have . The road to being the best and healthiest you is on going. So theres no rush If you want to push yourself and go for week 4 thats great too! Like Azatol said dont fret if you cant do it right away you can always try again. Just remember any run is better than no run at all.
