Healthylife4me Posted January 8, 2015 Report Share Posted January 8, 2015 So tomorrow is w8d1. I was all gung-ho for week 7. Im not sure what's up with feeling this dread of running tomorrow. It is going to be -14 plus windy. I walked for 1.5 hours today in -26 ( wind chill included) so running tomorrow should be a piece of cake right? Gah!!! Azatol Posted January 8, 2015 Report Share Posted January 8, 2015 Well I can't compete with -14 but I'll be running in 14 tomorrow which is 20 degres colder than I've ever run. Just keep thinking about that time when you're warm again posting about how finished your run despite the cold and how dedicated you are to your journey. Trust me when I say it's inspirational to others as well. You never know who's watching and could be motivated to start their own by reading your posts! Focus instead on what you will feel upon completion and then by all means share your energy here - after your fingers warm up of course! Can't wait to hear about your run!
