remadrid17 Posted January 6, 2015 Report Share Posted January 6, 2015 Hi!! I just found out about this via MFP. To start off with I was never a runner. Don't get me wrong I played soccer and competed in track and field in HS but...I was never one to just...run. This will take a lot of encouragement and mental strength seeing as I know my weaknesses. I'm going to work through this and am hoping to become fit, lead to a successful change in healthy eating habits which is hard because I travel....a LOT for work, and have more energy throughout the day.
