Guest Coldinnh
I am in less than great shape...well great shape for a pear. I am using the C210K and am on w6... But notice that I am suppose to do a mile in 10minutes....I jog at 3.5mph....which is about how fast my short thick legs can go right now....is this too slow? TheRoseWithin~Shannon
Are you on W6D2 ... where it says jog 1 mile (or 10 minutes)? If so, as long as you jog 10 minutes, I'm guessing how slow or fast is relevant to the runner, right? The first thought that came to mind when I read your question was wondering, 'slow in comparison too what or who?" A personal goal? Again, I can't wait to run as fast as you LOL
Guest TrishE
Not too slow at all! The great thing about this program is that it works around you and your progress. All progress is good! So if you want to just jog ten minutes or repeat the day until you can do a mile in ten minutes its up to you! Keep up the great work for all us pears! Emct
I guess I would compare to what the app is saying/suggesting of a 10min mile. I am not worried about gaining speed right now- just being able to finish the half marathon in Oct w/o collapsing a lung.
