Hi everyone! I never thought I would be a runner. As a kid I hated the running drills we did in gym class and I was always one of the last to finish laps. Before I knew of Zenlabs, I printed out the original C25K program and took my schedule to the gym with me each week. This way is much better!


Last year I used the Zenlabs apps to train for some races and did well enough to place in my age division. I am hoping to do the same at the end of this summer.


I still may not completely enjoy running, but I love what it does for my body and my health so I will keep on keepin' on.
