  1. Space them out so there is a rest day between each running day. Your body needs time to recover. Spacing it out will make it easier as well when you start the next week with longer run times
  2. Hi everyone! I never thought I would be a runner. As a kid I hated the running drills we did in gym class and I was always one of the last to finish laps. Before I knew of Zenlabs, I printed out the original C25K program and took my schedule to the gym with me each week. This way is much better! Last year I used the Zenlabs apps to train for some races and did well enough to place in my age division. I am hoping to do the same at the end of this summer. I still may not completely enjoy running, but I love what it does for my body and my health so I will keep on keepin' on.
