injuries?

hello everyone! I started last week, already finished week 1 , but i have a very annoying pain in the left aquiles heel, since day 1. I have flatfeet i dont know if that causes the pain. Two years ago i broke my left ankle, but seemed alright, at least for walking fast, it just starting hurting with the short run. I am putting some ice, and doing a stretching as a pre-warm up and a post cool off, but anyhow i am a bit worried i get injured...should i just continue with massage and ice? My ankle Will eventually get used to the effort and stop hurting? Some advise please!
