I started last week, already finished week 1 , but i have a very annoying pain in the left aquiles heel, since day 1. I have flatfeet i dont know if that causes the pain. Two years ago i broke my left ankle, but seemed alright, at least for walking fast, it just starting hurting with the short run. I am putting some ice, and doing a stretching as a pre-warm up and a post cool off, but anyhow i am a bit worried i get injured...should i just continue with massage and ice? I do believe you should see a Dr. to diagnose it. Achilles Heel is not something you need to mess with. Keep me posted on here. Hugs..
