  1. I just finished week 5 day 3. Didn’t quite finish 2 miles in 20 min. Should I repeat w5d3 until I do or move on? Not sure what is best. Thx!
  2. It seems like the 20 minute run is kinda out of nowhere? Then it goes back down to running 5 and 8 minutes. How does this make any sense? It seems like W6D1 and W6D2 should be before w5d3.
