  1. If I csn already do 25 pushups do I still start on the first work out. It seems to easy any recommendations?
  2. I’m not sure if I should take a small break and just do it Monday Wednesday and Friday or everyday back to back?
  3. Hey all, I just completed W7D1 this morning, which is quite an accomplishment, since I thought I was going to die on the side of the road the first day. I've really started to eat healthy and I've dropped about 15 pounds and have a ton of energy now, as well as a more positive outlook on most everything. Since I am close to completing c25k, I had planned on continuing with the 10k app until the snow starts here in New England. I am noticing that I am not near the distance part, unless I add extra time. Should I just keep going with the 10k app, or take a break from the apps and do a week of some sort of interval training to speed myself up? Thanks for any advice!

  5. So, I just did the time version of w5d2, and I know I wasn't particularly close to the distance. I noticed w5d3 is a pretty big jump from here. Would I be better off repeating w5d2 and doing it by distance a few times (hopefully moving it closer to the time listed), or is it better to ignore the distance and keep moving forward doing it with time? (If it makes a difference, I'm in my 30s, so I do expect to get faster) I have to say I am pretty amazed at this program. 2 months ago, I honestly wasn't sure I would ever be able to get to this point without feeling like I was dying!
  6. Hello! I recently had a breast reduction surgery (15 days ago) and am wondering when is a good time to start this program? I definitely want to be safe and not injure myself, but I have not been able to run since I was in the 7th grade (I'm now 28). I am so excited!!!! I'm thinking that starting out with just walking for x amount of time for a few weeks wood be a good way to ease into this, but I wanted to see if anyone else had dealt with this as well. Thanks in advance!!!! (:
