Hi A bit about myself, I haven't worked out in years!(something I am not proud of), I gained 50lbs in the past 3 years and I am overweight by 30 lbs. I am diagnosed with Pre-diabetic and we want to try for kids, my doctor said that I need to lose weight.(solution for most of the issues I am facing). Started this c25k from yesterday and finished first day. I have few questions and would appreciate your help! 1. I am not able to run even for 1 min.. is this the case for anyone..or is it just me? how can I improve myself. 2. Four years ago I was in a accident which hurt my knee, I was diagonsed with runners knee. Since yesterday, one of my knees(my good one), is stiff and it is making cracking noise when I am hopping. What should I do. Please help! Thanks! Nikki

Hello! I'm a 19 year old CNA and SPN. I have gained an overwhelming 75 pounds after a stressful year and poor diet. I am no longer going to let myself give up On becoming healthy. In May my sisters and I are running in Mudderella NY/NJ to support awareness and prevention of domestic abuse. I desperately want to be able to complete it without struggling. I hope I can do this!! Hey y'all my name is Kaitlyn and I'm 19. I currently live in Florida and since I graduated I've gained 50 lbs. I loved weightlifting but the college expenses are getting in the way of me going to the gym because of the gym membership fees. I currently try to follow a paleo or primal diet but have slip ups now and then. I plan on using this app, and I also use pumpup for another fitness community and twogrand for food logging via pictures (i always felt discouraged whenever I saw how any calories something was). I wish I could do cross fit, but dang, it's expensive. Former swimmer and softball player. I never liked running but I figure that might as well do something to get moving. I just wanna be a smaller version of myself at the moment, so that's why I figured running is for me. I do have a question for y'all though. How do you make the runs not so boring? Do you think about other things, music, etc?
