  1. Hey Everyone - I am new to running, I started doing this with the purpose of learning to run, becoming the runner I always wanted to be and losing some weight. I have yet to start training with the application, and have completed three 5k's. Now these, I have done while walking/jogging. And I am really enjoying them. I am also from Connecticut. Looking forward to some improvements.
  2. Hello everyone. I'm so excited to do this program again with support from the community. I followed the c25k method about a year ago and didn't even know about the app. I'm 19, vegan, pregnant, and absolutely love running. I'm trying to ease back into it now that the worst of the first trimester has passed. I look forward to talking to lots of you, and hope to make a few running buddies along the way!
  3. It was hard for me to finish the first day, but I did it, my question is - since it was hard, should I retry the same day's excersize the next day, or push forward into day 2?
  4. I started using the app about six weeks ago, but this will be the week I finally finish week three. Found out today my gym daycare was only giving me 15 minutes so I had to drop some time from my warm-up and skip a 90 sec running session and replace it with a three minute. But for the first time I felt energized and didn't want to watch the clock. For some reason, Zenlabs keeps recording that I'm completing week four rather than week three. Anyone else experienced that?
