Last year(16) I decided that I needed to improve my fitness and lose a little weigh as I was starting to feel a bit blaaa. I have never been a runner, but wanted to give it a try. I started with the c25k app... really struggled running for even the shortest time. Gradually I improved a little and could run for 20 mins slowly without stopping. As it started to get dark before I got home from work I stopped running around the country lanes(scared I might get run over) and stopped for a few months.
