What is the 4 hr body diet? I have been trying but am unable to lose anything. I need to do something. I am way way overweight & it's sad.

I am also having calf pain during week 4. My pain doesn't start until I begin to walk after the first run. Then the pain worsens when I start the second run. Any suggestions?
