  1. What is the 4 hr body diet? I have been trying but am unable to lose anything. I need to do something. I am way way overweight & it's sad.
  2. I am also having calf pain during week 4. My pain doesn't start until I begin to walk after the first run. Then the pain worsens when I start the second run. Any suggestions?
  3. I am a bit larger than you guys. I am stuck on week 4. I am going slow enough that my chest & breathing are fine, but my calves are so tight I can't finish. Any advice?
