  1. Small steps. And the important thing to remember is -don't beat yourself up for what you didn't do but remind yourself what you DID do. Every small step is an achievement. (If that means you beat your time by 1 second then celebrate with a YAS!)
  2. Hi! Thanks for your replies, glad I'mnot the only one. I don't move on from an increase until I nail it as usually crash in the last running minute. Feeling I can try W5D3 now though! I've got a tomtom watch and it's great seeing instantly the seconds I'm shaving off each run! I'm in Scotland so run firsth thing before breakfast, it's a bit chilly but I can't go after work
  3. I recommend the spin class playlist on spotify (if you have it) got some good tracks on it
