Thanks for your replies, glad I'mnot the only one. I don't move on from an increase until I nail it as usually crash in the last running minute. Feeling I can try W5D3 now though!
I've got a tomtom watch and it's great seeing instantly the seconds I'm shaving off each run!
I'm in Scotland so run firsth thing before breakfast, it's a bit chilly but I can't go after work
