I did the same thing ! Didn’t take rest days and then hit a wall at week 7. So I’m taking it easy. Running every other day. I try to do light exercise on rest days, like stretching or playing beat saber!
This is the first time I’ve ever used a running app. Am on week 7 day 1 and can’t get past it. Anyone out there looking for a slow and steady running buddy? 53 year old female. I work full time at home (for now) and run around 6.30am every other day.
I have the same issue - I used to run 10 miles a day (many years ago) and now can’t even jog 20+ mins without stopping. How do I build up stamina? I am 53 and in overall good health.
