Run time versus distance
jtaylo04 posted a topic in Running TipsHey y’all! I am on week 7 of C25K. I’m running the 25 minutes, but instead of getting 2.25 miles, I’m only getting about 1.75. Should I keep repeating the 25 minutes until I get to the correct distance, or should I just increase my time as the app says?
More than 3x per week?
jtaylo04 replied to ChelseaM's topic in Start Here!I personally would just repeat the week one stuff until my actual week two. I think it’s a flexibility thing, so you don’t have to feel like you have to run 5 or 7 days a week to have progress.
