  1. But I want to. I've been overweight since I was 10 and at 28 years old I want to change that. I'm tired of being unhealthy and always tired. I've always heard good things about C25K and how it's helped a lot of people get more active. I'm a mother of three and a nursing student, so more energy would be great. I hope to have dropped at least 50 lbs by the end of this year and to be able to run for an extended amount of time.
  2. My goals for the next six months: -Get moving more -Make healthier food choices -Be able to run for 30 minutes straight -Lose 50 lbs at least
