  2. Motivation is a huge problem for me too. I can always come up with an excuse. Too hot. Too cold. Too tired. Today is week 1, day 1 for me. Hope I can stick with it.
  3. I’m in a similar situation. A few years ago I lost 45 lbs. I felt great and was doing some running. Not as much as you though. I had a few months of health problems and have not gotten back to that same level of fitness. I gained 20 lbs back. I really need to loose the weight and start running. We can do this!
