HELP!
Hi, my name is Rhonda. I just finished W1/D3. Then I saw my next workout is already Week 2. I then realized I wasn't supposed to run 3 days in a row.
WHERE do I find a weekly schedule which tells when to run and when to rest. I'm using C210K. If in the beginning I'm only supposed to run 3 days, what days do I run/rest? Is there a schedule somewhere?
