About Me

Just started and haven't run in years due to meniscus tears and arthritis in both knees. Had orthoscopic surgery done on both. The last surgery was done Aug 2016. I believe I have rehabilitated enough to feel confident to try and run again. I joined a gym called Impact Performance which is affiliated with Training for Warriors and am training for the Spartan Run in Philly Oct 7, 2017. Wish me luck.
