I've started the Couch to 5k about 4 or 5 times. I always end up stopping by week 2 or 3. I'm on week 4, run 2 but missed a week I don't want this to be the end of my attempt to run 5k once again so joining here for added motivation. I started with two friends but they both stopped at week 2. I think I'm going to skip Week 4 run 3 and move on to Week 5 Run 1 tonight.
