Hi y'all! Names Ashley and im new to this app and cardio. Yea, I know, your probably thinking "new to cardio? What does that mean?" Well I'll tell ya. Basically I've been training the past month building strength, focusing on weight lifting. And so far I am happy with my results and will continue to weight train but I also want to start to incorporate some running into my routine and begin building an endurance. This app seemed like the perfect place to start and after the first run I definately feel motivated. I will say once I complete this training course I will put it to the test and take part in a 5k. Ultimately my goal in all of this is to build my body so I can do basically anything I want! Loosing weight for me is just a bonus, I just want to be able to use my body the way its meant to be. Im just beginning my journey and I am determined to see it through! Who else is with me? Let's RUN!
