  1. So, slight background that may or may not be relevant: back in March my calf muscle partially tore away from my Achilles. Couldn't walk except on tiptoe for a month. All healed up and graduated PT. That's a big part of why I was motivated to start C25K. My leg muscles are weak and inflexible. And apparently prone to tearing. Ow! So, I've barely started. I'm 2 runs in. Almost immediately upon starting to run after my walking warm up, my lower legs, I think it's the soleus muscles? Are so sore/fatigued. I feel it along the outer sides of my lower legs wrapping around down to the front at
