  1. Hi, I'm 51 with high blood pressure, it's tough but I'm doing it....yay. Hoping to run a 5k with my daughter she'll have to slow down for me though!!
  2. Good luck to you, I'm 51, not overweight but far from fit and with high blood pressure. Currently just started week 5. Seriously never think I can do it every time I go out but have managed to get through every day so far, although the heat is not doing me any favours! You're stronger than you think you are! My aim is to run a 5k with my 24 yr old daughter
  3. The heats not helping me either! Just completed W2D3. I was advised not to do more than 2 consecutive days if that helps
  4. Hi, I'm 51 and decided I wanted to get fit for my grandson. I have just completed W2D2 and after each first running segment I think "I can't do this" but so far I've managed to complete each one. I keep telling myself I'm stronger than I think I am and I'm sure you are too. Good luck
  5. So today I did week 1 day 1 and I can't believe I completed it! I am a 51 year old nanny with asthma, high blood pressure and I haven't exercised in over 20 years. I am fed up with feeling tired all the time so decided for the sake of my grandson (and myself) to do something about it. I'm not overweight just lazy, I hope I can keep it going so I can go running with my daughter. I will need lots of encouragement!!
