Hey guys, Don here! I'm 31 and completely out of shape. I'm a crane driver so have a sedentary job and it's started to show... I started dieting last month and have dropped a stone and in the last 3 weeks have actually started using my membership at the gym A few of my workmates are into running and after a LOT of persuasion I have decided to try and get to the point where I can do a Saturday morning park run without keeling over. Just finished my second day of C25K and I have to say this weather isn't helping.. but I'm going to redo it again tonight when the sun goes down. Can anyone see a problem with doing a day twice? My dog is loving it!
