Hi there! I decided to start the program for a similar reason. I have 2 kids and I want to do what I can to try and be healthy so I be be around to see them for many years to come.
Stick with the program! Some days you will wake up sore - if you can just keep going you will be glad you did.
The best part is having the app tell you when to run and when to walk. Using knowledge that many others that came before us put together.
Im on Week 6 Day 3 - 22 minute jog tonight. I did a 20 minute run a few days ago. I was so out of breath on Week 1 Day 1 - it's been an amazing transformation. I am happier, more energy, I have less pain and all around feel better.
