  1. You might want to see your doctor and mention this. He/she might have some recommendations that can help you overcome the shin pains.
  2. Is it realistic that I'd actually improve that drastically at squats (or push-ups or sit-ups) by only doing these workouts with increases just 3 days per week? Or should I be doing this everyday??

  4. So I'm a total newb when it comes to doing full push-ups. How do I get my form down when right now I'm all wobbly just trying to keep myself in plank when trying to lower & raise? Any suggestions on additional exercises I can do to get my form better/solid for good quality push-ups?
