  1. Newbie from US. I'll be 48 in January, mom and grandmother. Need to drop 20 lbs. and firm up abdominal area. I spent 8 1/2 months last year between abdominal surgeries and recovery. Had a bowel resection, gallbladder removed, and uterus.... whew! So I'm not a couch potato but could use to more allot more. Have a Fitbit to try and keep me on track, come close or hit 10k on most days. Found this app and hope to start tomorrow!
