Done! Today I stepped up the speed a little after doing a little research. Now doing 3.5 walk & 5 run. Still a lot slower than the average it seems but as a new runner it seems like it works right now.
I started this morning... planning to walk/run Monday, Wednesday and Saturdays with HIIT/cardio and weight training the rest of the week (with some Pilates thrown in). Talk to you guys Wednesday!
