  1. Just finished week 1 day 2! I'm doing the program on Mondays, Thursdays, Fridays, and Saturdays. 3 walk and 5 run. I also do fitness classes Tuesdays and Wednesdays so you will probably see me post on here a lot!
  2. Just completed week 1 day 1 after hearing great things about this app! I can't wait to build up my strength and endurance for running!
