Couch to 5k should I adjust my diet too
If I carried on eating normally would the couch to 5k.work or do I need to go on diet too? Or just eat more healthier?
Doing to the couch to 5k. Run 1 wasn't bad but blowing at the end but day 2 was puffing after only the 2nd of 8 runs but got easier. Was out of breath at the end is this normal??
