  1. I just finished week 3 day 3, and I'm thinking that I'm going to do a week 3 day 4 before moving on to week 4. Running 3 minutes straight is still challenging me. Yay for making it to and through week 3! 5k here I come.
  2. I have a tendency to bounce when I walk, run, do anything. What's the beat way to stabilize my stride to beat the bounce?
