"Up to par," like you have to walk more than the program calls for. Do you do that week over or continue to move on? I'm beginning week 3 tomorrow and am nervous! I did week 1 and week 2 exactly as the program goes.
I also have signed up for a 5k in April! So I'm on a timeline.
What do you guys suggest?
I'm afraid of week 3 too! Reading this helps though. I've done week 1 and 2 fairly well, but it definitely wasn't easy. 3 minutes seems like a LIFETIME. Holy bananas...
