    Hi, I am New

    Hi, I am Miowka. I live in Ireland and have started using the app today. I am 51 years old. I started jogging at age 47 but had to stop at Christmas due to a minor medical condition which has now been corrected. I am back to the start and looking forward to getting my slow running and jogging back. I was never comfortable doing more than 5k and am hoping to get to 5k by mid October. I know I can do it because at 47 I had never run before and with gentle, gradual persistent practice I built up to 10 over a 12 month period. For me, training a maximum of 7 days over a 14 day period with seven rest days worked well - that way I looked forward to the workout and was never too sore or exhausted. Good luck to you all.
