Hey everyone!!! It has been a long time since i have done any sort of fitness training programs but i am no stranger to fitness. About 5 years ago i decided to get back into shape and so far my journey has been good but has been hit-or-miss. I started out at 228lbs and today i weighed in at 184.6lbs. My goal weight is 165 (midway point of my ideal weight). I am currently using the 7 minute workout, 0-100 pushups, and 0-200 situps apps. And now i am about to start the C25K app to get back into running. Its been a good process so far and i am looking forward to the end result. I welcome any advice that you guys can give me.
