  2. Hi! I'm 22, a brand new runner, and finding this app to be very helpful in taking it from being such a daunting task to something manageable. My goal is to run a 5k next summer and lose 80 lbs in a year. I want to be healthy and I've always envied runners. I need all the motivation and encouragement I can get, Y'all are amazing for what you do! Thank you!
