I just downloaded this app and my fitness pal. It's all a but overwhelming as I have never really been able to stick with a workout longer then a week. I'm ready for a life change that I will be able to keep. I never exercise and eat what I want. I joined a gym and have been getting healthy meal ideas. I am overweight and just ready to be healthy and have some energy, I have two girl, a 10 year old and a 7 month old so finding time for myself isn't easy. I've decided this is something I'm gonna do for myself and my "me" time will be focusing on working out. I have a very supportive husband as well. Wish me luck on this new journey!
