Hi all, I'm clare I'm 31 overweight and unfit! Bmi of 27.7 hate what I see in the mirror and fed up of feeling lazy and can't be bothered to change it iv lost 11lbs in the last 13 weeks but it's too slow and I don't feel any fitter I smoke although trying to quit just completed week 1 day 1 and it's about killed me, I'm not sure how I'll get to the longer runs as today really was a struggle! Did anyone struggle like me will it really get easier? Thanks
