  1. Newbee, it's definitely mental I struggled with the 8min run but been telling myself for 2 days I could do the 20min run and tonight I did it and it feels great!
  2. Hey! I'm 31 mum of 4 and started this programme 4 weeks ago and today finished w5d3! I was really worried about this run but been telling myself for 2 days I can do it and I did! 4 weeks ago I struggled to run for 60 seconds today did 20min straight!! I have considerably more to lose than 10lb I used to hate running but doing this somethings clicked and I love it!
  3. Hi, just want to say your post inspired me I too am 31 although female and I too am over weight but iv lost 11lb in 13 weeks my bmi is still 27.7 and have about 40lbs to lose, I found my first day today really tough did you struggle to begin with? How are you getting on now?
  4. Hi all, I'm clare I'm 31 overweight and unfit! Bmi of 27.7 hate what I see in the mirror and fed up of feeling lazy and can't be bothered to change it iv lost 11lbs in the last 13 weeks but it's too slow and I don't feel any fitter I smoke although trying to quit just completed week 1 day 1 and it's about killed me, I'm not sure how I'll get to the longer runs as today really was a struggle! Did anyone struggle like me will it really get easier? Thanks
