  1. I do some yoga and stretching on my "off" days.
  2. Week 2. Day 2. And it just got easier!!!❤️❤️
  3. Early morning, lunchtime? You only need a half hour to get started. You deserve the time!
  4. Yesterday was day 2 for my old bones. Much less fun than day 1. Taking today off for yoga. Back tomorrow!!
