  1. Any ideas how many calories are burnt for each day?
  2. Hello, I've recently quit smoking and feel ready to add in exercise. This seems like a good app and something doable for me. My problem is that my schedule is that so I need to do this after work, but I keep running into dinner and family issues. If I eat how long before I run? Any suggestions on making this schedule work is appreciated. Thanks!
