So I don't seem to be doing to well it took me three weeks to do week one and three weeks on from that I still can't get through week two. Gosh I knew I was unfit but I never thought it would be this hard.
So decided to do week one again as i struggled the first time, found it better today, still a struggle but got through the jogging a bit easier. On wards and up wards now.

51 and just started this on w1d3 tomorrow finding it really hard and will probably stay on the week one next week as well just to get a bit of fitness up. I actually hate it while doing it but have a great sense if achievement when finished. On the off days I do stairs and some strength work. Just moving is good.
