Hi, I'm on Week 3, Day2 and I had the worst time since week 1. 20 min mile, I'm not quite sure what I'm doing wrong. I am pacing myself so I don't get tired but this is bad! Week 2 Day 3 I clocked in 1.9 miles during the 30 minutes. I thought I'd be running 2 miles this week. I run outside and change my path but nothing drastic that would cause such a regression.I'm disappointed but I'm not stopping,
