  1. I use map my run to sync my run information over to mypalfitness. Also, my Vivofit is connected and send my step count to myfitnesspal.
  2. I ran early in the morning when I started running. There was a few people out so I didn't feel self conscience. Now I don't care who sees me because I'm in action, I'm taking care of myself and I feel great!

  4. Hi, I'm on Week 3, Day2 and I had the worst time since week 1. 20 min mile, I'm not quite sure what I'm doing wrong. I am pacing myself so I don't get tired but this is bad! Week 2 Day 3 I clocked in 1.9 miles during the 30 minutes. I thought I'd be running 2 miles this week. I run outside and change my path but nothing drastic that would cause such a regression.I'm disappointed but I'm not stopping, Mrs H.
